April Menu: Andes Supper Club

a celebration of the cuisine of the andes mountain range from chile, argentina, colombia, bolivia, ecuador, peru and venezuela 


sweet potato chilotes bread, chimichurri butter (chile & argentina)

scone-like potato bread, green relish



mushroom ‘chorizo’ empanada, aji picante verde (andes & colombia)

half-moon shaped pastry with a piquant wet salsa



rhubarb heart of palm cucumber samphire ceviche, pickled rhubarb leche de tigre (peru)

chopped salad, pickled in juice infused with garlic and chilli



chachapa, mechado, queso, avocado (venezuela)

corn pancake with pulled soya, tomato, onions and peppers, avocado pea puree and lime cream cheese



caraotas negras venezolanas (venezuela)

apple and quinoa crema volteada (peru)

caramelised custard flan made with apple and quinoa
