Dalston & Camden: Fermentation Workshop

Join us for Fermentation Workshops this April, co-hosted by Chef Neil Rankin from Symplicity Foods on the 9th in Camden, and the 16th in Dalston.

Learn the art of fermentation while you enjoy a cocktail and a 3 course meal.


We’ll guide you through the process of transforming fresh vegetables into two take-home jars of health-boosting goodness. The workshop will be followed by a three course dinner, included in the ticket.

£45 per person. £20 deposit per person is required to book your spot, which is fully refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the event.

welcome cocktail: ferment-ini - fermented tomato water, coriander-infused sapling vodka, vermouth

starter: symplicity fermented mushroom ‘chorizo’ arancini rossi, with garlic mayonnaise & chipotle ketchup

main: symplicity keema pie, tomato fenugreek shorba, new potatoes with mint coriander chutney & cherry tamarind chutney 

petit four: mango amchur pate de fruit & chocolate hazelnut barfi
