This summer, we're taking you on a spirited rail journey from Mexico City to Rio de Janeiro with lively stops in Bogota and Lima. Inspired by the vibrancy and flavours of Latin and South America, and the glamour of vintage train travel, we bring you four fresh and bright summer cocktails to enjoy in the sunshine.
Named after the main cities of the countries that inspired them, each of the cocktails contains a key spirit, ingredient, or flavour that is characteristic of the country it is linked to, giving you a delicious and authentic experience at each stop.
