This summer, we’re taking inspiration from the vibrant flavors and diverse heritage of Italy and Greece, two countries surrounded by the Ionian Sea.

Greek sharing plate:

Inspired by the food of Kalamata, Corfu & Kefalonia

Courgette borek, beetroot sour cherry hummus, soft herbs, green lentil salad, kalamata pasta elias, whipped feta, olive bread, oregano roast nuts.

Italian sharing plate:

Inspired by the food of Sicily, Calabria & Puglia

Vduja arancini, pesto calabrese, marinated courgette and fennel, aubergine caponata, grilled roman artichoke, aioli, olive bread, oregano roast nuts.
